Lycera has developed a robust preclinical pipeline of selective, oral immunomodulators targeting two novel autoimmune pathways. The company has two first-in-class programs that are rapidly advancing toward the clinic. Lycera is on track to begin clinical trials in 2011 with its Bioenergetics program focused on regulating the pathways that cells use to make and utilize energy.
